            The Executive Comittee is duly summoned in the head office
            according to the statute. Consequently,it is ordered the
            nomination of the new posts. Regarding the subject:

               Vice-president: Amadio Bianchi -Italy
               Secretary:       Daniela Visione -Italy
               Counsellors:
                                    Tino Figueiredo -Portugal
                                     Mimoun Abel-lah -Spain
                                     Emy Blesio - Italy
                                     Virgil Catalin -Romania
                                     Roberto Mattei -Italy

              02 December 2006    Modification of the Statutes - Changes
              in the Executive Board

           The Executive Comittee is duly summoned according to the
           statute in the head office. The following issues are discussed:

           1) To acknowledge the resignations of founder members and
           members of the Executive Board. The Presidente, once
           aknowledged the indicated resignations, propose to proceed with
           the substitutions of the same members adjudicating them the
           following posts:

               Members of the Executive Board:

               Amadio Bianchi - Emy Blesio - Mayte Criado - Mimoun Abdel-lah
               Tino Figueiredo - Daniela Visione - Roberto Mattei -
               Virgil Catalin

               The Board approves it unanimously.

               2) Modification of the Statute.

               Article 10 . Number of Advisors from min. 3 to max. 41
                               Period for the post in the Executive Board: 7 years

               Article 7. Suppressed.

               The Board approves it unanimously.

               3) Executive Board. Resignation

               The President and Vice-president, considering that in a
               near future they will be appointed to assume different
               post in the wordlwide movement of Yoga, Ayurveda and
               Indian Art, decide to resign from their respective posts in
               this association, being the resignation subordinated to the
               designation of the new responsibles.
                 The Board approves it unanimously.

               Resignation of the founder member Franca Sacchi by means
               of a handwritten & signed letter.

               of a handwritten & signed letter.
