The EYF, through its Pedagogical Committee, taking into account the features and requirements from different traditions and schools of Europe, has established a MINIMUN STANDARD FIXED PROGRAM FOR YOGA TEACHERS TRAINING which will be mandatory for all the Schools to be fulfil in order to get the CERTIFICATION from the European Yoga Federation. Such a Certification will ENSURE that all their Yoga Teachers Training Programs will fulfil and respect the most important minimum rules for teaching Yoga.
The goals for this Minimum Standard Fixed Program, which are mandatory for the Training of Yoga Teachers in Europe are the followings:
CREATING a pedagogical theorical and practical structure in order to grow up an essential knowledge of the students about each kind of typology.
HAVING a pedagogical structure theorical and practical able to equip the student with a basic yogic experience, a wide objective and subjective comprehension of the yogic path, a direct contact with his inner potential, a deep view of the spiritual journey and some theorical-practical knowledge in order to be able to convey properly, simply and mentally open.
PROPOSING the student a bunch of tools to get the feeling of the essential of Yoga in all his inner being levels and all the circumstances of the world around him.
MAKING different visions and modalities, styles or versions with the purpose of creating a perspective objective and detached. Flexible mentality and acceptance attitude, at the same time it makes him to integrate the universality of Yoga, and drawing into the first person, the journey towards his own Inner Being.
